Welcome to Hotel Nostos. In the following catalog you will find information about the facilities and services of your accommodation. -Reception (07.00 – 00.00)
The hotel has an open reseption 17 hours with a 24hour internal and external telephone access.Wake up service is provided.

-Room Facilities - Amenities (07.00 – 00.00)
Air-conditioning, Infloor Heating System, Hair dryer, LED TV 32'', Fridge -Mini Bar, Safe, Ιroning Βoard and Iron (available upon request from the reception), Emergency medical kit- pharmacy(available upon request from the reception), Slippers, Bathrobe, Personal Care products..Wake up service is provided.

-Room Key

Rooms' doors open externally with a key-card. Reception area is open until midnight (12.00 AM). Please ensure that you hold your key at all times, in order to be able to open the main entrance after reception closing at 12:00AM.

-Air-conditioning and Heating system
All rooms have air-conditioned and heated for your confort. Please use the remote control which is on the desk, to adjust the temperature. The infloor heating can be adjusted by the thermostat on the wall. For any queries please ask a member of the staff who will be happy to assist.

-Airport transportation
Kastoria's international airport is located just 8km far from the Hotel, in the town Argos Orestiko. It should take approcimately 10 minutes by car. Transportation to and from the Kastoria's airport, is provided for free. Thessaloniki's airport is located 220 km away, a 2-hours driving journey.

-Car rental

Check in starts at 14:00 until 00:00 ( it can be occurred earlier depending on the room condition) 

Check out starts at 07:00 until 12:00. The staff will help you store your luggage in case you wish to spend some additional time in the city before leaving.

All types of credit and debit cards are accepted.

-Breakfast
Breakfast hall is open between 7:30 – 10:00. Breakfast is served in a buffet where you can taste a variety of local foods. Breakfast can be packed to take away without extra charge. Room service for breakfast is not available.

(Rοοm service): Daily 08:00 – 00:00. Daily wake up 24 hours a day

All rooms have free wireless internet connection. If you experience any problem with your connection let us know and we will arrange it as soon as possible.

-Laundry/dry cleaning service
Laundry, dry cleaning or ironing service are available upon request in collaboration with a local dry cleaner. For more details please ask a member our staff.

-Pets
Pets are not allowed inside the hotel. If you wish to bring your pet with you it has to remain outside of the hotel in the garden area that is fenced and secure.

-Public computer with scanner, printer and fax
If you wish to send a fax or print photo copies, please ask the reception staff for help. For your convenience, we provide a public computer with all printing, photocopying and fax facilities which is for guests’ use (there is a small charge for copies and fax). Internet access and the use of the public computer is free of charge.
